Gouri Insights provides automated, downloadable digital feasibility reports. Due to the immediate delivery and digital nature of these goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once a PDF report has been successfully generated and purchased.
If you experience a technical error during the payment process or fail to receive your downloadable PDF after a successful payment, please contact us within 48 hours at gouriinsights@gmail.com. We will manually verify your payment and provide you with a copy of your purchased report.
The accuracy of the report depends entirely on the roof boundaries drawn by the user on our mapping interface. Gouri Insights is not responsible for, and will not issue refunds for, reports generated with inaccurate user inputs or assumptions.
